Do I pay anything now?

No. Saving your Founder spot is free and you do not need a card. You pay nothing until the app launches.

When does it launch?

December 2026. We email every Founder before launch to set up their barbershop.

How much does it cost?

$99 a month for your first location, with your whole team included. Each extra location is $49 a month. Setting it up yourself is free. If you want us to set it up for you, it is a one time $199 and you are live in 48 hours. The first 50 barbershops get 50% off ($49.50 a month for as long as they stay) and we set it up for them free.

Is there a contract?

No. You pay month to month and you can cancel anytime.

How many barbers can I add?

Your whole team is included. There is no charge per barber.

How does my team get the app?

You add each barber with their name and email. They get an email, set a password, download Barber Team App on their iPhone or Android and log in. They see your logo and your colors.

Can I use it on a computer?

Yes. Log in at barberteam.app from any computer and use it the same way as the phone app.

I have more than one location. How does that work?

All your locations go on one account. Make a channel for each location, filter the calendar, attendance and directory by location, and add a new location any time for $49 a month.
